After an accident

Can I choose Bravada for an insurance claim?

In California, you can choose the repair facility you want. If you already have a claim, send or bring the information you have, and Bravada can tell you what is needed to prepare an estimate. Your insurer determines coverage and authorization under your policy.

Can I request an estimate before repairs begin?

Yes. Start with the vehicle, the visible damage, and the best way to reach you. An estimate is based on the damage that can be seen at the time of inspection.

What should I send for a repair estimate?

Send the vehicle year, make, and model; photos or a description of the visible damage; what happened; and your preferred contact information. Include claim details if you already have them.

Why can a repair estimate change?

An initial estimate reflects visible damage. Additional damage can become apparent once repair work begins, which may require the repair plan to be updated. Ask Bravada how it handles scope changes for your vehicle.

How long will my repair take?

Repair timing depends on the damage, parts, paint and refinishing work, insurer authorization when applicable, and the vehicle’s condition. Bravada can discuss the factors that apply after the vehicle has been assessed.

Can I bring a cash repair to Bravada?

Yes. For a cash repair, start by sending the vehicle and visible damage so Bravada can discuss the work you want priced.

Can Bravada assess a damaged bumper or paint concern?

Yes. Start by showing Bravada the bumper or paint damage. The shop can assess the visible condition and discuss the repair or refinishing work.

Can Bravada color-match a replacement or aftermarket part?

Bravada can assess the replacement part and the vehicle’s existing finish, then discuss the refinishing and color-match work needed.

What do you look at when matching paint?

Paint condition, the surrounding finish, panel alignment, and the visible repair area all inform the repair and refinishing recommendation.

Detailing & protection

Which detailing service is right for my vehicle?

The right service depends on the condition of the vehicle and what you want to improve. Targeted Care is for a specific area; Interior, Exterior, and Complete Detail services are for broader cleaning and finish care.

What is paint correction?

Paint correction is a finish-restoration service that addresses the condition of painted surfaces. Bravada starts by assessing the paint and discussing the result you want to see before recommending the work.

Is ceramic coating scratch-proof?

No. Ceramic coating should not be described as scratch-proof or as a substitute for physical-impact protection. Ask Bravada which option fits the condition of your paint and how you use the vehicle.

Does ceramic coating eliminate the need to wash my vehicle?

No. A coating may change how the finish is maintained, but it does not remove the need for regular washing and care. Bravada can explain the maintenance requirements for the product it recommends.

Should I choose PPF or ceramic coating?

The right choice depends on the areas you want to protect and the type of protection you are considering. PPF is typically considered for physical road-wear exposure, while coating is often considered for finish-care and maintenance benefits.

Which areas of my vehicle should have PPF?

Start with the panels that take the most road wear based on how and where you drive. Bravada can discuss coverage options after looking at the vehicle and your protection priorities.

Can I start with detailing before deciding on paint correction or protection?

Yes. Start with the condition you see and the result you want. Bravada can help you decide whether detailing, correction, coating, or PPF fits the vehicle.

Do I need to know the exact service before I contact Bravada?

No. Bring the damage, finish concern, or cleaning need. The shop can start by looking at the vehicle and discussing the work.
